Site visit

In our initial call, we can arrange a time and date for a site visit, where we can assess every aspect of the project, discuss materials, specifications and take measurements. You may have one or two different ideas, or we may come across a snag or sticking point in the project before construction commences, saving you considerable time and money.


 

 

Quote

We shall formulate a quote based on our site visit and conversation, and send it to you fully itemised. All materials and working hours will be assessed by ourselves and our quantity surveyor, so that the quote and schedule will be accurate and achievable. If you are happy with the quote, contracts will then be tendered for us both to sign before work commences.

Get booked in

After signing contracts we will arrange a start date and schedule, and can arrange to work around your own working or building schedules if necessary, minimising disruption and enabling speedy completion of your construction project.
