GD Decoration Services Ltd have been employed in the construction sector since 2016, and have worked for a number of large construction firms, including Mace Group, Wates Group, Sir Robert McAlpine, and ISG Ltd in Belgium for Google Data Centre. As building contractors in Greenwich, we have vast experience working on commercial construction projects, as well as residential buildings, apartments, and regeneration projects.
Helping large scale contractors across East London
More recently we have worked with two well-known developers, Argent until 2021 currently with British Land in Canada Water in Docklands, helping with wide-scale regeneration projects in a number of ways. This is an extensive and diverse project, providing facilities and housing for local people, as well as commercial building renovations and improvements. We are constantly developing and improving. Our lead contractor has up-to-date qualifications alongside on-site experience, and is capable of managing and handling almost any building project. Our on-site qualifications include:
- Level 7 in Construction Management
- SMSTS Black Card, a CITB qualification also for site managers - H&S
- I am CIOB member
- First Aid Level 3 and Fire Marshal
As well as this, we are fully insured for liability and always make sure all work is carried out to building regulations, and precise architectural specifications.
